Bruce came by today, he can start back up Tuesday there days a week and Saturdays. It will be nice to have the front bedroom finally finished. There’s a couple of things that still need to be done in the front bathroom but they shouldn’t take that long
Went to Pookie’s Guns and Archery today to try and buy an AR-15. He was out, seems I’m not the only one thinking about the possibility of war. He sold nine to one person yesterday. He’ll have more in either Tuesday or Wednesday. Looks like all you can get right now are 223 chambered. Doesn’t really matter to me either way. Both 223 and 5 56 will get the job done that I need done
The dogs got a real thorough shampoo and their kennels got washed out. Poor Scrappy was covered in fleas. She got a double shampoo with Dawn, followed up with Tail and Mane and then aloe and oatmeal shampoo. She’s a totally different dog now, happy in her kennel instead of not wanting to be it at al, yapping to get out. And me not able to sleep unless I banished her to the backyard. The fleas also seen to be gone in the backyard now. I walked in the grass with bare skin showing, nothing bit me or jumped on me. Trixie didn’t have any fleas on her when she got her bath but she had a lot of sores from the chewing
Spent the day with Pam, it was pleasant. She helped with the dogs, I sprayed her down with the hose. She squealed like Scrappy. It was funny. We went out to dinner then got home and talked a little before she went back to Bossier
