There are now four positions open on my account and possibly a fifth as well as the other two on the Windstream account.  So my chances have just improved again for getting into a supervisory position.  My old boss, Jeff walked up to me today and out of the blue said good luck with a smile on his face.  So my hat is in the ring.  I suspect my chances are better than most because I have gone the extra mile in what I’ve done for the account.  I also know the client protocols and procedures like the back of my hand while walking that mile.  So hopefully it will pay off with a promotion and a bigger paycheck, though not much bigger I would think.  But two years in the TM position then I can move into an assistant call center manager, which by the way, is where the current Call Center Manager said he saw me when he was the assistant call center manager.  Only time will tell.
