Well, I might offend some ears here but Go Pappy can FRAK themselves.  I cancelled my hosting account with Go Daddy today.  And now, magically, a DNS entry for this web site gores away.  I find it strange that I have had no DNS issues until I decided to cancel my hosting plan with them. Perhaps they didn’t like the survey I gave and the honest answers provided in that survey.  No rude words were used but I was blunt in my assessment of their services.  Overall performance issues and technical support either unwilling or unable to read.  Every time I had a support request, I had to literally reply at least once, telling them to read the request since the initial answer had nothing to do with the question.  But DNS entries disappearing is way beyond coincidence

I’ve had several issues since I moved to Arvixe and have two in progress now.  The support has been professional and quick to respond during normal business hours with the ticketing system.  I used online chat at 2:00 in the morning and got an immediate response with an intelligent answer.  While there is at least one service that is not up to standards, it’s not mission critical.  The control panel is easy to understand with all options available in one central interface, unlike Go Crappy.  As soon as it is feasible, I will transfer registrars and move completely away from Go Crappy!
