Pam and I started our grand adventure today. Our first stop is the caldwell zoo in tyler texas.   We spent a couple of hours there.  I got some good pictures with the Canon and shot some video with the phone.  We stopped for dinner somewhere on. 287 in Texas.  It was a nice rest stop.  There was a boy scout troop there.  After we got back on the road again,I played a movie on the phone that took us to New Mezicp.  It was 2012 with John Cusak.  The FM transmitter was really good and the phone does really well with the video playback.   We stopped for the night at the first rest stop in New Mexico.  When we wake up our next destination is the Petrified Forest National Park.
