The beginning of my last day on Jeff’ team, listening to the radio in the parking lot. I am moving to Shep’ team after today. Going to do some overtime today and Saturday since I was out last Sunday.

I got high praise from a client tech lead today. I took a sup call and worked with him to determine where the customer’s problem was. He emailed my old TM, new TM, and the local client contact at the call center telling them that should be Tier 2. I was extremely professional went way beyond to take care of the customer as well as praising my technical skills. It’s been a good day so far.
