I found this in my drafts folder and found it nice that I could actually log a date to my wieght loss. It’s been over three years now and I’ve managed to maintain the 220 pounds. I did briefly hit 202 in 21 but lost it and slowly stabilized around 220 in mid 22.

I grew totally disgusted with myself in December of 2017 when I weighed 303 pounds. About A month later I invested in an app for my phone called Loose-It. 2 and half years later, I am 221 pounds. My initial goal was to loose 75 pounds I hit that about three weeks ago and have continued to loose weight as I stay the course. My ultimate goal is to get down to 200 pounds. That’s the weight I struggled to maintain while I was in the service.
I just checked my weight again and I’m back to 215. Woot, woot!
