My brother in law got a promotion and we’ll be taking care if not adopting his dogs.\u00a0 Loki just met them one\u00a0at time today and while things started out bumpy at first, it ended as a good success.\u00a0 I will be taking her over to their place tomorrow to socialize all three in their territory and see how things work.\u00a0 I suspect no problems will arise after today’s experience.<\/p>\n

Spoke with Damon, a friend of ours who’s also a mortgage broker.\u00a0 We will be refinancing the house to a lower rate and going VA.\u00a0 That will lower our payments by quite a bit.\u00a0 going to go over it with Damon some more tomorrow.<\/p>\n
