I just spent the last two hour organizing the video and pictures from my phone.\u00a0 Now I just need to process it and put some stuff up here.\u00a0 When will that happen, who knows but some time in the relatively near future.<\/p>\n
I took Loki to the vet today for he annual shots and check up.\u00a0 She’s put on some weight even though I cut her chow back.\u00a0 She’s 76 pounds now.\u00a0 She still isn’t fat but she’s definitely gotten stouter.\u00a0 I need to take bolt cutters to her old choke collar.\u00a0 I couldn’t get it off of her and neither could the vet.\u00a0 It’s still not so tight as to bother her and I can still get two fingers in it so it’s not pressing but will need to get done relatively soon.\u00a0 She’s nine years old now.\u00a0 I had some woman tell me today that she had a German shepherd that lived to be 19 years old.\u00a0 I heard her tell the vet the same thing and\u00a0 I could hear the disbelief and doubt in her voice the same that was in my mind.\u00a0 Loki is considered geriatric now.\u00a0 Not that she acts like it.\u00a0 Still just a big puppy dog.\u00a0 Now that it is cooler outside, I am going to let her spend some more time outside again.<\/p>\n
Work is work.\u00a0 I am running quality improvement logs.\u00a0 It’s the\u00a0software I wrote for the company.\u00a0 The big boss has told me that I don’t have to worry about my bonus.\u00a0 So that will take me to $12.65 an hour.\u00a0 Bonus is paid once a month on the 22nd of the month.\u00a0 We are paid twice monthly now instead of every other week.\u00a0 starting nest year I only get 40 hours of vacation time and raises go to once a year.\u00a0 I am still capped at $12.\u00a0 I asked the big boss where he saw me with the company and he started talking about web development and systems analyst but not working for the acc0unt I am on now.\u00a0 He said I could most likely get a job based out of different site but still work out of Shreveport.\u00a0 We do work in this type of environment now.<\/p>\n
We are planning something for the end of the month.\u00a0 It’s our 2nd anniversary and we both have 9 days off.\u00a0 New Orleans again perhaps.\u00a0 Money is tight but I can make it work out.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
