I was offered a job today with Teleperformance working technical support for Centurylink Data.\u00a0 The pay starts at $9.00 an hour.\u00a0 In two months I go to $10 and in six months I go to $10.50.\u00a0\u00a0 The company offers free basic medical, dental and vision insurance after 6 months and matches dollar for dollar for the first $1,500 in a 401K package.\u00a0 Based on $10 an hour that comes out to about 100% match at about 7%.\u00a0 There is also a performance pay of up to $2 an hour.\u00a0 Overtime is permitted and sometimes the norm.\u00a0 There is no penalty for getting sick or of life’s emergencies.\u00a0\u00a0 There are 7 paid holidays though the company is open 365 days a year.\u00a0 Paid time off is also based on performance and able to earn up to 13 days a year.<\/p>\n
