I heard at work from a reliable source that the current thought is to create a new position within the WFM department that I would be brought into to include using my programming skills.\u00a0 While I was not gainfully employed as a programmer analyst, I would be doing WFM (Work Force Management) duties.\u00a0 That in and of itself is not abad thing either.\u00a0 I saw a position once posted for an\u00a0Work Force Assistant Manager that started at 430,000 to $40,000.\u00a0 The account is in the process of adding 70 new agents, 35 Work at Home and 35 Call Center agents.<\/p>\n
