It’s Thursday about 3:00.\u00a0 I just came in from the backyard, play with Loki and checking out the garden.\u00a0 The romas have some decent size tomatoes on them and the other other tomatoes are starting to produce.\u00a0 One of the squash plats is starting to produce as well.\u00a0 The bell peppers have blossoms as well as some of the hot pepper plants.\u00a0 The onions are doing well and the white onions are starting to peek their green shoot up in the both areas.\u00a0 We got a good rain last night right when the garden needed it and may get some more today as well.\u00a0 I moved Mr. Owl around today and hopefully he will do a better job of keeping off the birds.<\/p>\n
Vic, the training department manager gave me some more insight as to what the account is looking at at trying to do.\u00a0 They are expanding the number of agents soon and expect that they will need another Work Force Manager.\u00a0 They would also include duties for database development and maintenance.\u00a0 Hence a position hopefully that would come to me as I am the most qualified to do that type of work.\u00a0 Patience as well as time will tell if the application I developed for them will pay off in a position paying more than what I am currently making on the phones including the bonuses I have been getting consistently now.\u00a0 My base is $10.50 but with bonuses I have been making $12 an hour.<\/p>\n
Pam and I talked about our plans for our vacation today.\u00a0 We looked at the route from here to Las Vegas and I figured the cost in gas vs. flying straight to Vegas and renting a car.\u00a0 It is more cost effective even at $4.50 a gallon to drive.\u00a0 We can also take our time and stop at various places on the way.\u00a0 I-40 runs parallel to Historical U.S. 66 as well as runs across the Continental Divide.\u00a0 I think Pam would enjoy the trip but it is still a month away.<\/p>\n
My plans for this weekend are to be lazy at home.\u00a0 I will take care of a couple of projects but for the most part will be either in front oof the computer or TV.<\/p>\n
