I am moving to Shep&#8217; team after today.  Going to do some overtime today and Saturday since I was out last Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>I got high praise from a client tech lead today.  I took a sup call and worked with him  to determine where the customer&#8217;s problem was.  He emailed my old TM, new TM, and the local client contact at the call center telling them that should be Tier 2.  I was extremely professional went way beyond to take care of the customer as well as praising my technical skills.
