About A month later I invested in an app for my phone called Loose-It. 2 and half years later, I am 221 pounds. My initial goal was to loose 75 pounds I hit that about three weeks ago and have continued to loose weight as I stay the course. My ultimate goal is to get down to 200 pounds.
